Process for ordering:
- Contact us with your idea. We are looking for any images you can provide for ideas and starting measurements for us to start quoting you on.
- We will work with you to create sample drawings for you to approve. Please note once art approved all frames manufactured are final sale.
- Once going through the approval process, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit on your custom products. We accept payment over the phone, PayPal invoice, or check in the mail. We will NOT begin production until payment is received.
- Depending on whether your items are being shipped and their sizes, we may be able to provide a FedEx or freight shipping estimate based on your zip code.
- Once items are boxed, you will receive any information regarding final shipping costs and tracking information. You MUST pay final amount due on your invoice before your custom products leave our site.
- FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: We ship through R&L Carriers for our large parcel shipments. Please try to be present during the delivery of your product. IF damage is noted, please make the freight carrier aware and have them note it on their paperwork BEFORE their departure. Please be sure to notify us of damage and attach pictures that will aid us in making a claim with the carrier. Thank you!
